As I watched her dancing, I wondered just how a little child could perform complex moves. I believed if I could teach her. I knew I couldn't, so I offered to help her practice in my own floor. She was accepted my offer. As I saw her clinic that dayI felt a new sense of appreciation for all of the hard work our amateurs put into be the best they could be.

After she was done practicing, I asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up. Her response was easy,"A dancer!" She then showed me a letter from her chief in the ballet academy which said her ambition to be a director. Her fantasies had turned right into a superb career.
